Transfer and Launch of Tension Leg Platform

In 2001 Keppel AMFELS in Brownsville, Texas needed to launch a newly constructed Tension Leg Platform (TLP) onto their floating dry dock.

HEGER analyzed the transfer way loading on dry dock deck and developed a pumping plan and stability data for the load out. We attended the transfer.

The Tension Leg Platform was successfully transferred and launched in 2001.
